Eligibility as of January 1, 2025:

Western horses: Earnings less than $5000

English Horses: Earnings less than $3500

All horses must be 3 years old or older and CANNOT have earned a World, Congress Championship and/or National Title.

Declare horse and rider by 5:00 PM the night before the class is held.
